Die Schokidreiecke sind in der ganzen Welt bekannt, werden aber seit jeher nur in Bern hergestellt. Das Original mit Vollmilchschokolade, Mandeln und Honig wurde 1908 zum ersten Mal produziert und wurde schnell in der gesamten Schweiz und auch im Ausland bekannt. Im nicht zu heissen Wasserbad (40\u00b0C) schmelzen.<\/li>\n<li>Sch\u00fcssel herausnehmen und Schokolade glattr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Eier und Puderzucker in einer separaten Sch\u00fcssel schaumig schlagen bis die Masse hell ist, sofort zur Schokolade geben und alles gut vermischen.<\/li>\n<li>Rahm steifschlagen und sorgf\u00e4ltig unter die cremige Schokoladenmasse ziehen. Das Mousse mit Klarsichtfolie zudecken und drei bis vier Stunden k\u00fchl stellen. Am besten \u00fcber Nacht kalt stellen bei 1-5\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Das Mousse mit zwei L\u00f6ffeln abstechen, auf Dessertteller anrichten und mit Rahm und Fr\u00fcchten beliebig dekorieren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_4 et_pb_row et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_7 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_3 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module et_pb_text_align_left\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>Tipp:<\/p>\n<p>Dunkles und weisses Tobleronemousse zusammen servieren.
