Dabei enthalten sie viele hochwertige Wirkstoffe, unter anderem die heute so wichtigen Antioxidantien, OPC. Besonders ihr hoher Anteil an Vitamin A und E sowie an Lezithin garantiert die zellsch\u00fctzende Wirkung.<\/p>\n<p>Das Unternehmen Fructum Vitis hat dieses Juwel des Rebstockes wieder entdeckt und stellt daraus wertvolle Produkte her. Eier, Salz und Wasser im Massbecher gut mischen, anschliessend das Mehl mit der Fl\u00fcssigkeit von der Mitte aus einr\u00fchren bis ein z\u00e4her Teig entsteht.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig zugedeckt bei Zimmertemperatur 30 Minuten ruhen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig durch ein Kn\u00f6pflisieb streichen oder f\u00fcr gr\u00f6bere Sp\u00e4tzli portionenweise auf ein abgesp\u00fcltes Brett verteilen und mit nassem Messer feine Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Kochzeit: 3 bis 5 Minuten. Geriebener K\u00e4se dar\u00fcber verteilen. Zwei Brote formen.
