Dabei handelt es sich um R&ouml;sti aus dem Ofen mit Trockenfleisch. Es ist sehr einfach und schnell zu kochen, da die Kartoffeln nicht vorher gekocht werden m&uuml;ssen. Wir m&ouml;chten Ihnen das Rezept von Rudolf Pazeller, Hotelier und K&uuml;chenchef des sch&ouml;nen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.schlosshoteltarasp.ch\/\">Hotel und Restaurant &bdquo;Chast&egrave;&ldquo;<\/a> (15 Punkte im Gault &amp; Millau), am Fusse des Schloss Tarasp gelegen, n&auml;her bringen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_1 et_pb_row et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_1 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1_2 et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_1 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h3><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>F&uuml;r&nbsp;4 Personen<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">20 g B&uuml;ndnerfleisch oder Bresaola<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">25 g Salami<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">25 g Coppa<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">15 g ger&auml;ucherter Speck<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">&frac14; St Landj&auml;ger<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">4 g Streuw&uuml;rze<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">2 g Salzmischung<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">600 g Kartoffeln Bintje (Kochtyp B)<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">1 Knoblauchzehe<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">1.25 dl Vollrahm<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_column_2 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1_2 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h3><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Das B&uuml;ndnerfleisch oder Bresaola, Salami, Coppa, Speck und Landj&auml;ger in kleine W&uuml;rfel schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Kartoffeln sch&auml;len und ein Drittel davon mit der Bircherraffel reiben, die weiteren zwei Drittel mit der R&ouml;stiraffel reiben.<\/li>\n<li>Die Knoblauchzehe fein hacken oder pressen.<\/li>\n<li>Alle Zutaten gut miteinander vermischen und in eine ausgebutterte Gratinform f&uuml;llen, leicht andr&uuml;cken und mit einer mit Butter bestrichenen Alufolie bedecken. Wegen dem beigegebenen Trockenfleisch mit relativ hohem Salzgehalt empfehlen wir Ihnen, die rohe Masse vorsichtig zu w&uuml;rzen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Plain in Pigna bei 200&deg;C im vorgeheizten Backofen ca. 30 - 40 Minuten backen. Nach zwei Drittel der Garzeit die Alufolie entfernen, damit sich je nach Geschmack eine leichte Kruste bilden kann.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_2 et_pb_row et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_3 et_pb_column et_pb_column_4_4 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_3 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Anrichten:<\/span> Die Plain in Pigna kann direkt in der Form serviert werden oder man sticht mit einem Suppenl&ouml;ffel ovale Nocken aus und setzt diese als Beilage auf den Teller.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tipp des Chefs:<\/span> Bleibt von diesem Kartoffelgericht etwas &uuml;brig, kann dies (am besten noch warm) in eine Terrinenform abgef&uuml;llt werden und im K&uuml;hlschrank ausk&uuml;hlen.
