Es ist schnell, da man kein Gem\u00fcse und keine Sauce vorkochen muss. Zudem ist es auch leicht und so perfekt f\u00fcr den Sommer geeignet. Und die Kochzeit deckt sich mit der der Bonetti Lasagnen. An die \u00d6fen also!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_1 et_pb_row et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_1 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1_2 et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_1 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module et_pb_text_align_left\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h3><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>F\u00fcr 4-5 Personen\u00a0(Auflaufform von 23 x 30 cm)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>2-3 grosse Karotten<br \/>\n2-3 mittlere Zucchetti<br \/>\n1 gelbe oder orange Peperoni<br \/>\n2 grosse Zwiebeln<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>\n1 Dose Tomaten<br \/>\n2 EL Kr\u00e4uter der Provence<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<br \/>\neinige Tropfen Tabasco<br \/>\n1 EL Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche als Pulver<br \/>\n4 dl Rahm (25% Fett)<br \/>\n120g Parmesan oder Sbrinz<br \/>\n1 Packung Bonetti Lasagne (300g)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_column_2 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1_2 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module et_pb_text_align_left\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h3><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Die Karotten und Zughetti klein raspeln (vorzugsweise auf ihrer langen Seite).<\/li>\n<li>Pepperoni und Zwiebeln fein hacken.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr die Sauce, die gepressten Knoblauchzehen mit den Dosentomaten, allen Gew\u00fcrzen und 3 dl Rahm vermischen.<\/li>\n<li>In einer Auflaufform etwas Sauce verteilen, dann eine Schicht Lasagne dar\u00fcber auslegen, circa 1\/3 des Gem\u00fcses hinzuf\u00fcgen, 1\/3 der Sauce dar\u00fcber verteilen und etwas K\u00e4se. Das Prozedere noch zweimal wiederholen. Den Saucentopf mit 1dl Rahm aussp\u00fclen und auf das Gericht verteilen. Etwas geriebenen K\u00e4se dar\u00fcber streuen.<\/li>\n<li>Etwa 45 Minuten im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200\u00b0 mit Aluminium abgedeckt backen.
