Sein Gebiet zieht sich von den Jurabergketten im Nord-Westen, \u00fcber die Alpen im Osten, das Schweizer Mittelland und im S\u00fcden erstreckt sich der Genfersee. Auch dank dieser geografischen Vielfalt hat das Waadtland auch viele gen\u00fcssliche Produkte zu bieten. Einige davon sind schon sehr bekannt und beruhen auf jahrhundertelanger Tradition.<\/p>\n<p>Anl\u00e4sslich unseres dritten Ausflugs in das Waadtland umfasst unsere Auswahl von acht Produkten sowohl traditionelle als auch brandneue Produkte. Man muss schon sagen: den Waadtl\u00e4nder Herstellern mangelt es nicht an Ideen. <\/p>\n<p>Papet Vaudois ist das kantonale Gericht des Waadtlandes. Die Farben des Gerichtes (weiss und gr\u00fcn) sind sicherlich ein wichtiger Grund daf\u00fcr. Es wird traditionell am 24. Januar zum Gedenken an die Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit der Waadtl\u00e4nder (1798) serviert. Das kr\u00e4ftige Wurstaroma, das Ihren Briefkasten (und Ihre Post&#8230;) einbalsamierte, war Fr\u00e2che, eine Spezialit\u00e4t des Vall\u00e9e de Joux zum Verkosten auf Papet Vaudois. F\u00fcr den Aperitif bieten wir Ihnen Popcorn und Bio-Limonade Made-in-Lausanne. Zum Salat probieren Sie doch unser Original Erdbeer-Essig. In Sainte-Croix k\u00f6nnen Sie dem Alltag entfliehen und die lokalen K\u00f6stlichkeiten probieren. Und lassen Sie sich mit \u00abLasagnes\u00bb in drei Geschmacksrichtungen in Ihre Kindheit zur\u00fcckversetzen. Verwenden Sie die Reste der gepressten Waadtl\u00e4nder-N\u00fcsse in Ihren Backwaren.
