Ein sch\u00f6nes St\u00fcck!<\/p>\n<p>Jede B\u00e4ckerei und Familie hat ihr eigenes R\u00fceblitortenrezept. Wir stellen Ihnen nun eines vor, das sich durch seine Einfachheit auszeichnet. Es ist das Rezept der B\u00e4ckerei Maier in Laufenburg (AG), das wir im Buch \u201eOfenfrisch und zuckers\u00fcss\u201c von Martin Weiss und R\u00e9my Steinegger im Rossolis-Verlag gefunden haben.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_row_2 et_pb_row et_block_row\"><div class=\"et_pb_column_2 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1_2 et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_1 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h3><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>f\u00fcr 1 Torte, circa 24-26cm<\/em><\/p>\n<p>6 Eier (300 g)<\/p>\n<p>260 g Zucker<\/p>\n<p>260 g Dinkelweissmehl<\/p>\n<p>15 g Backpulver<\/p>\n<p>160 g gemahlene Haseln\u00fcsse<\/p>\n<p>330 g R\u00fcebli, geraffelt<\/p>\n<p>80 g Butter, aufgel\u00f6st<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Fertigstellung: 4 Essl\u00f6ffel Aprikosenmarmelade; \u00a0300 g Puderzucker ; 2 \u00a0Essl\u00f6ffel Kirsch oder Zitrone, 2 Essl\u00f6ffel Wasser<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_column_3 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1_2 et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode_passthrough\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h3><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Tortenring oder Springform buttern.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00fcebli waschen, sch\u00e4len und mit der R\u00f6stiraffel raffeln.<\/li>\n<li>Die Eier zusammen mit dem Zucker handwarm erw\u00e4rmen und schaumig schlagen.<\/li>\n<li>Dinkelmehl und Backpulver mischen und unterziehen.<\/li>\n<li>Die gemahlenen Haseln\u00fcsse sowie die geraffelten R\u00fcebli vorsichtig beigeben.<\/li>\n<li>Zuletzt die fl\u00fcssige Butter (nicht heiss) einmelieren.<\/li>\n<li>Die Masse in die vorbereitete Form geben und im vorgeheizten Ofen bei ca. 180\u00b0 w\u00e4hrend 40 \u2013 50 Minuten backen.<\/li>\n<li>Die noch warme Torte mit erw\u00e4rmter Aprikosenmarmelade d\u00fcnn bestreichen. Dazu die Aprikosenmarmelade durch ein Sieb auf die Torte verteilen.<\/li>\n<li>Sobald die Torte abgek\u00fchlt ist, die Zuckerglasur zusammenmischen und gleichm\u00e4ssig auf der Torte verteilen. Si presque tous les foyers en Suisse ont leur recette, celle que nous vous proposons se distingue par sa simplicit\u00e9 et son nombre r\u00e9duit d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients. Il s\u2019agit de celle de la boulangerie Maier \u00e0 Laufenburg (AG), tir\u00e9e du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rossolis.ch\/catalog\/product_info.php?products_id=2587&osCsid=yjemxkrkccw\" target=\"_blank\">livre \u00ab\u00a0Notre passion\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> de Martin Weiss et R\u00e9my Steinegger aux \u00e9ditions Rossolis.<\/p><p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 1 tourte de 24 \u00e0 26 cm)<\/strong><\/p><p>6 \u0153ufs\u00a0; 260 g de sucre\u00a0; 260 g de farine fleur d\u2019\u00e9peautre\u00a0; 15 g de poudre \u00e0 lever\u00a0; 160 g de noisettes moulues\u00a0; 330 g de carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es\u00a0; 80 g de beurre fondu.<\/p><p>Pour la finition\u00a0: 4 cs de confiture d\u2019abricot<\/p><p>Pour le gla\u00e7age\u00a0: 1 blanc d\u2019\u0153uf en mousse, 300 g de sucre glace\u00a0; 2 cs de Kirsch ou de citron\u00a0; 1 \u00e0 2 cs d\u2019eau<\/p><p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration <\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Beurrer le cercle \u00e0 tarte ou le moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re.<\/li><li>Laver les carottes, les \u00e9plucher et les r\u00e2per avec la r\u00e2pe \u00e0 r\u00f6sti.<\/li><li>Ti\u00e9dir les \u0153ufs et le sucre et les battre en mousse. M\u00e9langer la farine d\u2019\u00e9peautre et la poudre \u00e0 lever et les incorporer au m\u00e9lange.<\/li><li>Ajouter d\u00e9licatement les noisettes moulues et les carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es.<\/li><li>Finalement, incorporer le beurre liquide (ti\u00e8de, pas chaud).<\/li><li>Verser la masse dans la forme pr\u00e9par\u00e9e et cuire dans un four pr\u00e9alablement pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 40 \u00e0 50 minutes.<\/li><li>Napper la tourte encore chaude d\u2019une fine couche de confiture d\u2019abricot pr\u00e9alablement chauff\u00e9e et \u00e9cras\u00e9e \u00e0 travers une passoire.<\/li><li>Une fois la tourte compl\u00e9tement refroidie, m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients pour le gla\u00e7age, en recouvrir la tourte. D\u00e9corer avec 12 petites carottes en massepain.<\/li><\/ol><p>P.S.
