Rahm, Milch und den Kirsch langsam dazugeben und alles zu einem glatten Teig verr\u00fchren, bis er Luftblasen zeigt.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig 30 Minuten gehen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Gratinform mit Butter ausstreichen und mit Puderzucker bestreuen. Kirschen in die Form geben und mit dem Teig bedecken.<\/li>\n<li>Backofen auf 200\u00b0C vorheizen. Graisser le moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau avec du beurre et saupoudrer de sucre en poudre.<\/p><p>Disposer les cerises dans le moule et recouvrir de p\u00e2te.<\/p><p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C. Enfourner le clafoutis et r\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 175\u00b0C apr\u00e8s 25 minutes.
